Tom Guarriello received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in psychology from the University of Dayton and a doctorate in clinical psychology from Duquesne University. He spent the first 20 years of his career as a clinician.

For the last 20 years he has been an organizational consultant. As Co-Founder and Chief Idea Officer of TrueTalk Consulting, Inc. Tom has helped organizations in a wide range of industries develop cultures that foster innovation. For the past five years, he’s authored The TrueTalk Blog and is deeply involved in helping companies connect with their ecosystems through social media.
