Michael Dunn joined Hearst Interactive Media as a vice president in July 2003. Dunn brings to Hearst Interactive Media a wealth of experience in real world technology and product development. Prior to Hearst, he was chief technology officer and executive vice president of Encoda Systems, Inc., a global supplier of sales, traffic, programming and financial systems for the broadcast industry. He has served as corporate chief technology officer for Time Warner Inc. and was the lead technologist for Time Warner Digital Media’s Investment Fund, overseeing the technical due diligence of prospective companies. Michael has held technology positions at Americast, True North Communications and Turner Broadcasting. He serves on the advisory boards of the Internet Capital Group, a global business-to-business-focused company, and Advisen, an insurance industry information portal. Ron Stevenson is a veteran of the communications industry with 35 years of experience. Previous to his marketing role Ron spent 12 years as Vice President of Technology Advisory Services for GE’s Global Media & Communications group and performed technical and business plan assessments working with senior management teams at leading telecom, wireless, cable and broadcasting companies worldwide to help develop and manage the group’s $5Bn communications, media and technology portfolio.
